Please Note:
All memberships are renewed until canceled. At any time, and without cause, membership to the service may be terminated by BidPanther, the site, or the subscriber. When the member requests the termination, membership fees are NOT refunded. Members are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.

•If a member cancels membership on or after trial expiration date, the member is liable for charges incurred by them until the expiration date of the current member.
•If You are a member of a recurring pricing model, You will not receive a refund or reimbursement of Your membership fee after Your membership has renewed.

Refunds
When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refundable. Should a refund be issued by BidPanther, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. BidPanther.com will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism. All sales are final. Under any circumstances the subscription amount paid to BidPanther are not refundable.
